“Such a beautiful mansion with fascinating history. The staff were all extremely friendly and went above and beyond in their service. It was lovely to sit in one of the rockers on the front porch in the evening and read. The breakfast was delicious and the table was beautifully set. The tour after breakfast is definitely worth it so don't skip it. It was full of interesting information and history. I'd stay again, with pleasure. ”

“This is my second time staying at this location. We were in a suite right next to the pool. Suites have been upgraded since I last came. They smelled like fresh paint and seemed like we were the first guests to stay there since the upgrade. Loved that new feel! Room decor was very chic. Pool was clean and not over crowded. “The listing mentioned breakfast is available but that doesn’t mean it’s included. Also the rooms were pretty industrial especially the bathrooms, not very welcoming or cozy, more like a dorm room. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. The room air conditioner was somewhat noisy but seemed to perform ok for the four nights we stayed. The breakfast was ok, but 4 days of sausage gravy and biscuits or eggs or waffles or cold cereal could have been better with variety.
