“We loved this place so much we went back 2 times in a month! The staff is wonderful and Brandon and Omar were the best!!”

“It was a perfect location close enough to walk everywhere. Very quiet at night we had breakfast there one morning it was really good. The green juice was amazing made fresh for every glass you order. The pool was great a little dated but it served the purpose. The WiFi is not great at all and the past comments about the hot water are true but It’s not horrible.”

“This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked...

“The room was clean. The buildings were clean. Inside, most of the property was clean. But the beach was dirty with lots of cigarette butts and other trash. The biggest problem are the vendors on the beach and horses. Some days there were so many that they blocked the beach and used hotels' recliners. Also, all entertainment were in Spanish, most of the staff does not speak English. Kids and some adults used hands to get food at the buffet. This was the worst RIU.”

“Wasn't impressed. Pool is small and filled with screaming children and the staff has a huge speaker blasting music. The water in the pool was about 90*. I don't think there was any alcohol in the drinks. Buffet left a lot to be desired. One restaurant was completely closed for renovations. Not much to eat as a vegetarian. Overall i won't be back but it was decent overall.”
