“Nice service from desk, clean room, spacious bedroom etc. Overall good!”

“Alot cheaper than the casino hotels, but with the in and out parking privileges ($20 a night) we were able to drive to our concert and back. If you ever want to arrive by train, the station is connected to the convention center (which is where the parking is) and is DIRECTLY across from the Sheraton. Right beside the shopping mall.”

“The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. The hotel had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The room and common areas could have been maintained much better. The parking lot was also very dirty and gave a poor first impression of the property. While the excellent customer service made the experience better, the hotel really needs to improve...
