"I’ve stayed here twice in the past two months and it’s my favorite spot in ABQ. The experience is fantastic from the staff, room comfort, surroundings and food. I happily recommend it!"

"Of course the location, service, amenities and food are excellent. One of the most special stays we have had across America. Oddly, the 4 staff at checkin were not very friendly…proficient, but not warm or welcoming, while all the waiters and waitresses in the dining room and bar were very happy and jovial. The maid was even more personable. Sitting in the lobby people watching is a fun way to relax, and I noticed the front staff a bit dry with everyone. It didn’t affect our stay, but it was noticeable. The addition of the 5th floor patio was a great pleasure, staff up there really friendly too. (I do wish they would put a towel bar by the sink!)"
