Some have a more restrictive 50% refund policy. This was the only hotel in our travels that had an unfair and unreasonable cancellation policy. We even reached out to the staff but unfortunately they were very unresponsive. I recommend looking for hotels that are customer focused. This hotel is not.”

On nous a proposé un hôtel en construction portant un autre nom dont la finition n'est pas terminee : chambre non terminée, fils électriques qui traîneent, pas d'eau chaude, lumière passant par la porte mal posée, escalier aux marches toutes inegales très dangereuses ,absence de mains courantes, pas de TV installée, pas de restaurant installée, pas de roof top accessible etc.Des images ont été prises. La réservation ne correpondait en rien à l'hôtel réservé ...
