I booked the room and called less than 8 hours later with a death in my family and your front desk told me I could cancel the reservation with Expedia that all they had to do was reach it and you would accept the cancellation and when Expedia did you denied it. "Hotel was fine for what I needed. Comfortable room, shuttle to the airport and close enough to Cincinnati for the Red Sox Reds series. Breakfast was ok. A few hot items and the usual toast bagles and boxed mini donuts. No fresh fruit or OJ available. during my 5 day stay and no yogurt the last two nights."
