“El establecimiento tiene muchisimo potencial, pero la administracion no presta atencion a los detalles. Al llegar, nuestra cabaña quedaba dos pisos dejabo, y sin ninguna ayuda de parte del establecimiento pues tuve q bajar el equipaje y lo mismo con la subida del mismo. Dentro de la cabaña existian espacios sin limpiar desde hace cierto tiempo. Nadie nos pregunto al momento de hacer el check-In si nos servia una cabaña dos pisos debajo, con dos niños pequeños y una persona de la tercers edad...

“Wonderful property. We were able to dive in the water right outside our door off the deck. Mandy and PJ are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was awesome. Food nearby was awesome. The only knock I would have is that across the channel, the clubs in Bocas Town are loud until 2 AM. Fortunately, Mandy and PJ provide white noise sound bars in the room. We would definitely come back!”

“The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...

“First, when you get to the place you get a huge hill which isnt really easy to get up, they would send someone to help you getting your car up. The place is really nice and quiet. A lot of mosquitoes since its basically a mountain, there is a -jungle- next to the area. Moving around isnt that easy but the staff is willing to help. Had a really long waiting time for the Caribbean Restaurante they work with deliver the food (took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a octopus fillet and a pizza)...

“Property was very clean and staff was extremely nice and helpful. Very convenient for walking to eating places, grocery store, and subway station. Kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. No paper towels, dishwashing liquid, blender, toaster, salt or pepper.”
