“Al llegar la recepcionista fue muy normal en su atención, estuvo muy cortante en su servicio lo que significa que impide la cortesía de la llegada al sitio, nos ven como un número más en sus clientes. El aire acondicionado tenía un fuerte sonido que no dejó dormir en las dos noches. Nos amenazan que si ensuciamos sus toallas las cobran, el lugar es céntrico solo de la zona china. Por lo que si no quieres solo ver comercio de china no te quedes ahí.”

“El establecimiento tiene muchisimo potencial, pero la administracion no presta atencion a los detalles. Al llegar, nuestra cabaña quedaba dos pisos dejabo, y sin ninguna ayuda de parte del establecimiento pues tuve q bajar el equipaje y lo mismo con la subida del mismo. Dentro de la cabaña existian espacios sin limpiar desde hace cierto tiempo. Nadie nos pregunto al momento de hacer el check-In si nos servia una cabaña dos pisos debajo, con dos niños pequeños y una persona de la tercers edad...

The rooms were immaculate, the location outstanding, and they paid attention to every single detail to make sure that we slept well and were comfortable each and every day and night. We will absolutely be going back and encourage anybody interested in visiting Bocas to do the same.”

“First, when you get to the place you get a huge hill which isnt really easy to get up, they would send someone to help you getting your car up. The place is really nice and quiet. A lot of mosquitoes since its basically a mountain, there is a -jungle- next to the area. Moving around isnt that easy but the staff is willing to help. Had a really long waiting time for the Caribbean Restaurante they work with deliver the food (took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a octopus fillet and a pizza)...

“I really wanted to have a great experience at Hotel Coral Suites because the location is excellent and the staff was always polite. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by two major issues. I traveled from the United States to Panama for business, and reliable Wi-Fi was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
