We ended up calling them from the US to make the arrangements. The breakfast was good. It's a city location. The room set off my dust mite allergy from either the bedding, wall to wall carpet or drapes or all three."

"The Room Service was pretty much non-existent. They said they always had a 40-minute wait. I gave up on them for the trip. The restaurants were very limited, and the food was just ok. Some of the staff seemed like they needed more training. The resort is dated. The AC did work though and we never went hungry. The staff was nice."

There restaurants where so near by and a food store next door the pool was good the rooms where very nice. The only thing was missing was having a microwave in the rooms other wise the rooms met my expectations. "
