“Great breakfast. Great food altogether. They were a bit odd about when we could access the beach. It was closed from 12 to 3. Which was weird but other than that a great place.”

“Very good”

“Thaala Bentota is an excellent place to relax during a vacation. Awesome location and amazing food. The rooms and fittings inside the room are a bit worn out and may need replacement to enhance the visitors' experience.”

“From the very beginning the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was as clean and the staff nice and friendly. ”

“Not comfortable because too many bugs in the room and bath. ”

“Thank you for all the staffs of this hotel. The staffs are kind and do their best.Of course clean and neat.”

“Shabby room in desperate need of updating. The air conditioning rattles louder than the local train line behind the hotel making it difficult sleep and there is no ceiling fan to keep cool as an alternative. The furniture is stained, possibly with mildew. The bathroom has limescale, mould and a blocked sink. The bathroom towels were frayed and grey. The light switches had been weirdly painted over. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. The water is not drinkable, yet they only give you 2 small bottles...

“Bodde i president sviten poolen var smutsig Det var ett ok hotell inget mer ”

“Amazing food and staff.. great location, secluded and private.”

“Good condition, nice view, nice food, and great staffs”

“everything was perfect”

“Das Hotel ist im Stil einer alten Kolonialvilla augestattet, sehr stimmig und geschmackvoll. Der Garten, der Pool, Alles sehr gepflegt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die Preise im Restaurant (völlig überteuert!) und dass den ganzen Tag Musk lief, die ja in dieser Lautstärke nicht jedem gefällt. Schade, es könnte ein richtig superfriedlicher Ort sen. ”

“Good and it was a ok experience”

“Nice and amazing property, good food.. But Staffs in Reception are required to train more to communicate properly. They are interested in selling the dinner package instead of explaining that what we can use or enjoy facilities. They have 3 swimming pool and really good and well maintained. Experience of enjoying swimming pool made us de-stress and relaxing... ”
