“I booked this place, when i got there the security was very rude and said everyone hlleft for the day and they weren't expecting anyone. So therefore i was unable to spend the night. I contacted hotels.com and got disconnected and they never reached backed to me. So basically i got scammed. I meet another guest there said the booked using this site and they never got a room either. ”

“I loved this property, breakfast and bar staff was great. I came in a bit early but check in was smooth. Very close to the beach. I stayed one night with my husband and my toddler. My toddler enjoyed the swing, the fish, the views and he loved the peacock. My partner and I enjoyed the outside seating and the garden. Btw for a small hotel I loved the amenities and the complimentary drinks.”

“My family and I had a great time here. It is much smaller than I’m used to but the kindness and smiles from everyone who worked there certainly made up for that. The service staff went above and beyond everyday and always had a smile to give. The food was great and we enjoyed sampling some Jamaican food. The jerk chicken and hand breaded onion rings were enjoyed daily by us. We would certainly return if we come back to Runaway Bay in the future! ”
