“자메이카의 호텔이 그다지 비용이 비해 효율성은 떨어진다는 생각은 많이 하구요. 해변 접근성이 좋고 타운 중심에 있어서 주변 쇼핑이나 식사 하기에는 괜찮은 것 같네요.. 타 호텔 비용 대비 그나마 괜찮은 것 같다는 생각은 드네요. 자메이카 호텔 전반적으로 비싸고 시설은 떨어진다는 느낌이 드네요. ”

“Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.”

I arrived at thIs hotel Last night only to find it had been closed for over 3 months and that’s despite taking my booking..I did not even receive an e-mail to let me know they would be closed.. absolute disgraceful service and will not be staying there again.. Now I got to chase up my refund...therefore all I can say is buyer beware!!! Sort it out Expedia”

“We had an excellent time at Polkeris. We coskted Jamaica for a funeral and experienced so much care and courtesy that it made the trip so much lighter. Peter and Elaine have created a 5 star experience with attention to every detail. The food is a 10. The rooms are a ten. The pool are a 10 and the hospitality is a 10. We will be back.”

“Breakfast is the best at Terra Nova. The air conditioning in the room was not working. The need to really maintain the appliances.”

“The property needs some looking after. Generally, it looks as it if needs maintenance and staff. The entrance to the stair way had bird poop all over the railings. And it stay there the entire trip ( 5 days). There was no elevator and I stayed on the top floor. My room was nice due to the space however, the other rooms I booked (3 additional) were okay but the beds were extremely small. There was no toilet tissue nor any complimentary towels like that. There was a tv that didn't work , Wi-Fi...

“The room was okay great customer service. I stayed there during Melissa. I when there on a Monday then everything went downhill cause of Melissa. The building suffered damages and needs to be repaired ”
