“Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....

“Elaf is very close to Haram just 3-4 mins walk to baab Abdul Azeez (door no 1 Abdul azeez door) The hotel is a nice and clean hotel and was amazing for the price and location Food as usual good , and courtesies staff”

“Updated and spacious rooms. Buffet was good though I’ve had better at Swissotel Makkah (not Maqam). Friendly staff. Very convenient location with access to everything including transportation. Cafe was good. Overall incredibly convenient. Fast elevators. Never felt crowded. Adhan and Salat are broadcast in rooms. Great option for families with children”
