“Suzanna and Hattie front desk ladies were fantastic! They helped me out so much! The driver was wonderful all the staff were so friendly! Love them. I will say if you’re not ready to walk up & down stairs, or don’t have a rental car, it was a little tough. Other than that no issues here friends and I enjoyed ourselves. ”

The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and kind throughout my stay. My room was cleaned and beautifully made up every day, and the team made sure my stay was comfortable and relaxing from beginning to end. ❤️ I also absolutely loved the shower, it was one of my favorite parts of the room! The bed was also extremely comfortable, I slept so well every night...

“A little disappointed when we first got there but we cleared it up with our travel agent at Knotless Worldwide Events and Travel and realized that was what we requested. Overall we loved the place and my birthday trip was spectacular.”

“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”
