“I would love to give 5 stars, the resort was nice, clean for the most part and food was good except for at The Mix, which we had to pay an extra $45 per person for as it was not included in our AI package. The resort as a whole was very short staffed which caused all staff to be over worked and most not so friendly. “The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. ”

“The view is to die for. When you first walk in you have to head down the hall to the view of a lifetime. The complex is an older condo building and sure it can use a new modern update but it is decent and has pretty well everything you need. I mean how much time do you want to stay inside.
