“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“I’m pretty sure I paid for a newer upgraded room, but I wasn’t in a newer room. The property really needs an update. The pool was the best part. If you’re not in the hotel all day long then don’t worry about it, but if you are going to stay in the hotel, I would look at other accommodations.”

“Stay away, the room had a moldy smell I was sick for the first 3 day of my stay ( difficulty breathing)until they brought a fan to assist with the odors. The furnitures were very old and funky. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lay out decent but the place need a complete rehab.”

“My stay was frustrating due to the inconsistency in service. It seemed like certain guests were prioritized over others, and we did not receive the same level of care or attentiveness. I also wish there were more inclusive breakfast options, as there were no non-pork meat choices available. I hope the hotel can improve both its service standards and menu variety to better accommodate all guests”
