“The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist ”

“The hotel stay was satisfying but the booking in was a nightmare, the hotel had no knowledge of my booking and could not find it on your website, we were made to wait in the reception looking rather embarrassed in front of all the other guests that were booking in whilst they endeavoured to find us two rooms that met our requirements, eventually it was all sorted but not without sum trepidation as to wether we would get our rooms”

“Charming property but is essentially an old house so the rooms are smaller than your typical 4 star. Food was good if a little overpriced. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d go back again just for the peace and quiet. They and I have a pool and other facilities in an adjacent building too. Overall recommended, for a quiet and romantic retreat. ”

“We had a fantastic two night stay. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Little messages leftcon the mirror each day from the cleaner. All staff were extremely politecand helpful. Breakfast was probably thr best weve ever had in a hotel. What a selection. Always being topped up. Swimming pool was great. Very clean aroind the pool and changing ooms. We had an evening meal too which was delicious, great value for money. Bar and starbucks open all night and kids can have free items...
