“This is the fourth time we have visited the Hotel, Staff are very friendly room as nice, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the breakfast buffet no choice of eggs, mass Produced cooking items much Preferred the menu where you Ordered breakfast ”

“We booked the hotel through Expedia for a cycle event in Wincanton. The location was perfect. Our room was huge and had an external door allowing access to the exterior. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the meal. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked too. All staff were pleasant and sociable to us. Would happily stay again.”

“Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas.”

Requests was given of ground floor rooms and next to each other - literally only down side was that we had no cots set up in our room when we arrived late- but was not a problem for the lovley staff and was sorted within mins with no issues would stay again if In The area.”

“Our rooms were lovely, both en suite. Staff were most helpful and breakfast and meals were amazing! A brilliant place to stay also if travelling by train!”

“The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. ”
