“Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was very quiet at night too, no banging doors, although not sure if it was because the hotel itself was quiet. The only negative was that the room was incredibly hot at night. We had to have the windows open quite wide overnight. ”

“It's just quite and I really like the service I got from the staff. The bar is very beautiful and the beer is just affordable. Keep up the best standards . Hopefully I come back again soon.”

“Our stay was for only one night and overall was a very pleasant stay. We opted for the Cereal breakfast which in our mind equated to a continental style breakfast. Unfortunately there were no croissants or ham and cheese, just a bit of toast and some jam / honey plus cereal mainly from packets. Very disappointing especially since I had noticed the bakery van arrive earlier that morning. Overall a lovely hotel has let itself down with an uninspiring attempt at breakfast.”

“Convenient for attending family event nearby. The room was pleasant and well equipped except for shower which needed fixing. Continental breakfast options quite limited. The evening meal was good and staff helpful. But there was no custard for the crumble. ”

“A good three-day break in a comfortable hotel in a beautiful country setting. Food was tasty and well presented. Icing on the cake was the wonderful staff who were welcoming and attentive. ”

“I had a very warm welcome on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. I arrived late in the evening and had given advance notice. All was explained, where everything was, when would I like breakfast. Just perfect. The room was comfortable and pleasing. All clean and tidy. Home made shortbread was available. Breakfast was excellent and nothing too much trouble. WIFI and 3G reception was poor in this area and very directional inside the hotel. With some care it would work, but with the slightest...
