“Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.”

“Lovely property that was fit for purpose. The staff were wonderful and the little touches such as the colouring pencils and cartoon characters for kids to colour and then paste on the reception wall was great. My daughter enjoyed that. ”

“Very nice place with nice rooms, only thing I would say but it's not really a complaint I found the rooms a little dark due to no ceiling lights but that's it .”
