“Staff at front desk were very nice”

“The amenities were great. The room was dated and mattresses were less than desired based on the price of the room. The parking deck was awful. Getting anything other than a midsize car in the garage was difficult. The areas around the hotel smelled of marijuana.”

“All the staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was superb! Room was very clean bed very comfortable. Hotel was safe and quiet. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Charleston SC.”

“Ocean Park is transitioning from Vacasa to another company. The front desk person was very unhelpful and didn’t seem informed about the changes. I had some issues accessing our room because the code didn’t work. The front desk person acted unconcerned. I had to call for help and also chat with another person. It took over an hour to access our room. If the front desk person made any effort to help he could have had our problem resolved in a few seconds. The room was very spacious and we had...
