"Stayed one night and it was comfortable. Check in process was smooth. Reception was informed that I had a pet to be charged their $15 fee as stated in their policy upon check in. As we're getting ready to check-out, reception sees my wife with the dog and states he was never informed and wanted to charge $150. That fee or other fees were not mentioned in their listing on the website. I refused to pay that fee as it was insane. Please beware."
