“깔끔한 시설과 공항 옆이라 항공기 소음을 걱정했지만 방음 잘 되어 있었고, 수영장과 사우나 모두 만족, 아침 식사도 좋았어요”

“This property backs onto the Thames River. Rooms facing the river are quiet. We enjoyed our stay. There are walking paths along both sides of the Thames. Sainsbury & other services close by, plus numerous restaurant choices. Hotel has a bar & restaurant, but we didn’t eat or drink there. Looked fine. Rooms were clean. No lift at this property. Staff very kindly assisted in bringing our heavier bags upstairs to our rooms. We managed to get them downstairs on our own. Property is close...

“There is no place nearby. ”

“Kind and good staff and managers ”

“가지마세요 제발. 2층까지 좁은 계단으로 가방들고 가야됨. 타올.컵.생수.휴지통 없음. 머리카락 많음. 세면대 물이 거의 않나오고 물도 않빠짐. 난방 됨. 온수 나옴.”

“We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay”

“★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

“Beautiful - Easy - Friendly - No Holds - Means Business - EAsy Access - Close to Whats Needed.”

“The host is an amazing person. Really take care of every detail. The breakfast was way better than any luxurious hotel, because also was having a kindly touch. My husband and I were happy. Obviously there are not “elevator” to take big luggage at the second floor, but it was worth the effort. 😉”

“This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...

“객실이 깨끗하고 프론트데스크의 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 영국의 무더운 날씨를 걱정했지만 객실의 에어컨이 정상적으로 작동하여 만족하게 머무를수 있었습니다. 다른 분들에게 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶습니다.”

“There was no sign of the hotel name. Difficult to find the hotel. Shared toilets and shower.”

“Room and amenities was ok but the corridor on the 6th floor smelled like it was directly connected to the restaurant kitchen ventilation, and had been so for several years. Also our room had a slightly “funky” smell and since you can’t open the window to ventilate the room you just have to live with it… Parking garage was fine but if you have a larger car or SUV you might need to a bit careful when entering and exiting the garage since it demands some care negotiating the turns going up or down...

“Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds.”

“If you do Not want to sleep it is the place to be. Every time someone showered it was as if it was in my room. There was some massive type of plumbing noise at anytime of the night it was terrible at 1 am or 4 am was it someone or something else I do not know. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. The good thing is the location”
