Rooms are good, clean. Breakfast is excellent. Parking on a Saturday is a nightmare! Very small, tight garage. Got parked in front and back outside the hotel and couldn’t depart the next morning. Absolute s**t show. Apart from the parking nightmare, rest of hotel is good. Would stay again without the parking!

The room was spacious and clean. In addition, the room was quiet even though it is next to Heathrow Airport. The restaurant staff, especially the maitre d was friendly. During breakfast it would be helpful if areas around the toasters, pancake makers and coffee makers were cleaned periodically. With so many people using them over several hours they get rather sticky and covered with crumbs.

The check-in process was fine and the room was clean and generally ok for one night. However, the room had no window, which made it feel quite claustrophobic. The WiFi was also patchy. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of noise during the night with people running along the corridor, which affected sleep quality. The restaurant service was very slow, and while the food was decent, it felt overpriced for what it was.
