“First night in a room with my small children - breaker tripped turning the tv fridge and microwave off. Was moved to another room at 1130pm that was not clean with broken tv, broken mirror, no blankets, etc. Next day- took hours for them to courtesy clean the original room to move back. No other accommodation or discount provided for the inconveniences. Hot tub not in service, spa not in service, pool needs resurface. Lots of damage throughout property and rooms.”

“The room we were given looked nothing like the photos online. The listing shows a clean, modern room with well-maintained floors, walls, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. What we walked into was the complete opposite. The room smelled terrible, the beds felt damp, and the floors were so filthy that my clean white socks turned black after walking around for a short time. The bathroom was especially disgusting.
