“Clean room. Very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and willing to bring extra towels and shampoo and conditioner on request. They have golf carts and bicycles to use. 3 very clean well kept pools. Breakfast was great as a meat eater but not many vegetarian options or gluten free options. Can have more veggie filled dishes other than pastries and waffles etc. Food tasted wonderful. “I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“The ocean was visible from my room, such a beautiful scene. The staff was the best especially Mitch and Taneal! You guys made our day! The rooms were clean, the bathroom could do with a little tlc. Will be going back in the near future ”
