"Parking is convenient, in front of your room. The rooms are comfortable but the bathroom is a bit dated. The shower curtain and door handles were stained, floor felt uneven. "

"Terrible customer service. Was not recognized as a member. Wouldn’t add my rewards number. We requested a roll away bed ahead of time. Was told they didn’t have it on reservation. Only one staff member was working. Was very rude and disrespectful to us. Wouldn’t let us speak to his manager. Told us they didn’t have any roll away beds which is the only reason we stayed there since we are a family of 5. As a loyalty member I would stick with Hilton after this experience. We couldn’t get pillows or anything from the front desk. No one would answer. Would like a REFUND!!!!!"
