Family stayed in bunkhouse and the railings are rotting away from the stairs, front roof is rotted out and room was half remodeled. My ONLY reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5 rating was the fact that the room itself was quite small, with no dresser for clothes, etc. However, the hotel itself with the restaurant and outdoor decks overlooking the waterfalls was very nice. “We reserved a room for 3 people, but upon arrival they told us they did not have a room for 3 and very gracefully solved the problem by accommodating us in a property next door, while still offering us the breakfast we paid off. It was a bit disappointing to stay in the property next door, since it was not as nice as what we reserved but we thanked they resolved the issue and we did not have to find last minute accommodations somewhere else.”
