“This property was great for my family but we ran out of toilet paper on the last day and staff never responded to our request. So we had to buy our own lol”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need. Easy commute to Cooperstown. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable but there is are train tracks close by and probably heard 4-5 times through the night. The bathroom was not bad but the shower matt was not very clean (I'd recommend wearing shower shoes or flip flops). Not much for amenities. A vending machine that was about 1/4 full and just basic coffee but no hot or cold water for tea or drinking. It's a little off the main routes so maybe they do not get many guests.”

“Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.”

“This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!”
