“Property definitely NOT a 4 star. Probably 3. Grounds were fine. Room needed updating. Beach was beautiful and very accessible. Most of the staff was NOT FRIENDLY at all. Wished they had nicer people working there. Wednesday night buffet at the restaurant was delicious. Our housekeeper was very nice though and cleaned beautifully. Overall…ok stay. If I go back to island, I would stay somewhere else.”

“This was our first time at a non-all inclusive. Tips are what gets the great service so 15% is the floor even if you are doing the included breakfast. Great resort and close to a full grocery market for additional needs. Junior suite has good size fridge with icemaker and drinking water is supplied to the room twice a day.”

“The hotel is right on the best part of Grace Bay Beach and close to downtown, so it's very near many restaurants. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent; they even wash your dishes. Once or twice they left fewer towels than we needed, but that's normal—they're human beings! And when we asked for them, they replaced them right away. My hair dryer wasn't working properly, and I had a new one in minutes. I'm already thinking about returning, and...
