La salida de la recepción con mucho lodo y charcos de agua, creo que mínimo deberían de colocar graba para mejorar. “The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice.”

“My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.”

“El cuarto mejor imposible excelente vista la calefaccion mejor imposible baño de calidad hace falta un poco de comodidades como hervidor refrigerador pero no era impedimiento para salir impresionado del hotel. Lo unico malo y lo que no me gusto era que se escucha todo lo de la pieza de alado falta un poco de privacidad. Seria ideal que hicieran algo para los sonidos de las habitaciones de alado... restaurant llegamos el primer dia la cena que no era a la carta estaba mucho mejor que el 2do dia...

“Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality.”

“This is one of best hotels I`ve ever been. Staff was kind and hotel itself exceeded my expectation. Everything was good except bathroom clean-up. I stayed there 3 nights. When I checked in, it was good but during the stay, I thought, they didn`t clean up batheroom. Just a few touch. Anyhow I recommend this one whoever consider visiting Puerto Natales and staying a high quality hotel.”
