"Yes i loved staying there"

"our stay at Mardi Gras Casino and Resort was amazing! our room was very clean and had everything we needed. we had dinner at the French Quarter in the casino, and it was very good! my husbands steak was perfect and i had the fish and chips which was very good as well! we also watched the greyhound races which was also a good time!"

"Great room for a quick 2 night stay! My son just graduated with a bachelor's so we decided to jump on the bikes for a quick getaway. Great hotel for a great price."

" My arrival was scheduled for a 4 o’clock check-in and they did not have a room ready for me till 545. They had no carts available at first to get my belongings to my room. They had no porters to help me get my things out of my car and onto a cart and I am handicapped, and there was only one handicap spot and I had to push a cart finally onto an elevator by myself to the sixth floor get it off, maneuver it down a narrow hallway and thank God one of the maids saw me struggling and helped me do that they have no porters available. The parking garage was dark and no security available, which may not bother some people, but since I was an older woman traveling alone I did not feel safe in the garage."

"Everything was great, except the rooms are poorly insulated when it comes to sound. I could hear the person above me sneezing during the night (4 times) and other noise that had me waking up often. That’s why I only give 3 stars and 3 stars isn’t good enough for me to stay there again."

"The lobby was nice but our room was very rundown. Mold on ceiling in bathroom and there was a wood shelf next to the shower that looked like they got from a thrift shop and it was in very bad condition. Faucet in bathroom was not installed correctly and was hard to turn off. Very disappointed. Definitely needs some room updates!"

"My room was clean. I did have a heating issue but staff were quick to remedy this."

"Our king bed suite was huge and would have been very comfortable except the thermostat in the room didn't seem to work. The room never got above 66 degrees regardless of what setting we put the heat."
