“Wonderful hotel in a perfect position to explore Airlie beach. Easy walk into the town and across to the marina for tours. Friendly staff and lovely pool area. Highly recommend”

“It is uncomfortable to clean room. Sands, many dusts and warms on the floor. Room service was just changing towels daily.”

“very spacious and clean, well organized, nice view, nice interior. it is close to market!”

“Furniture was out of date. Apartment needs an upgrade”

“Palm Bay was a beautiful location to spend our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly, so many national park trails to walk, plenty of places to snorkel and high quality food from the restaurant. We loved going out on the supplied paddle boards to check out coral or watch the sunset. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice place to relax and be in nature!”

“This is the perfect place to stay if you want the things it offers. The list includes being a small resort, limited to 20 people in 10 villas, brilliant staff who constantly go above and beyond to care for you, excellent food, and peace and quiet. This is a remote island location with no shops or alternative entertainment, but a real community feel, personal relationships with staff and guests. There are good kayaks etc to go out to see the local turtles, but just the one 2k walking track up...

“Mold in the shower, pillow was that thin i thought there was no pillow in the pillow case, dishes were not clean, one of the blankets smelt like vomit. Very poor for the price”

“Staff friendly upon arrival :) They were very happy to keep my luggage to the side when I arrived early until I was ready to check in. Rooms were very decently sized, and you get an awesome view from the balcony! Definitely would stay again”

“This property has an amazing view overlooking the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio eating our meals and watching the boats come and go. The property itself is well kept and the pool is pristine! The view from the infinity pool is so amazing. The only negative was that our unit itself is a bit worn. Needs some freshening up esp with the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. These were old and worn and some dishes had permanent stains on them. The washer and dryer were very handy after a...

“So many many ants............ cochroach was found... ”

“Great stay in a perfect location.”

I was often surprised to see lizards all over the place. Amazingly buggy. I was surprised that the male staff personally opened the door in the shower and came in. In Qualia, it wasn't checked as no...
