“we got to the hotel and was told check in was at 3pm, when i mentioned that Expedia itinerary said 2pm, the front desk said ok, 2pm. we left and came back at 2pm. we were given the room 121 key. i open the door and the beds were not made; there is towels on the floor in the bathroom and the floor is not clean. i got ahold of the housekeeping girl, she said oh one moment and went to the office. the phone rang in the room; my husband answered and was told to move over to the next room 120. that...

“AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR INSTEAD OF A HOMELESS CAMP OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR.”

“Clean room, bed ok, bit noisy, close to fwy and eateries, no housekeeping I stayed 4 nights, parking is ok and well lit.”

“There is no one onsite or even available to connect with to check in. The room they said I was supposed to be in was occupied. Thankfully Expedia put us up at another hotel but it was 40 minutes away.”

I mean completely cracked on the seat itself. We had to wrap a wash cloth around it to use the toilet and not get hurt. Mind you we didn' t wanna stay, but we were away from home and it was very late. The next morning we let the front desk know. They had the cleaning staff clean a bit more and replaced the toilet...

“Front desk staff were wonderful. Checking out was a pain, it was before front desk staff was there and had to use a remote kiosk. There was no audio, so I had to play charades with the agent on the screen. That’s where anything remotely positive about the property ends. I’m not expecting 4 star accommodations, but this place is a dive. Checked into room, very dated, fecal matter still in toilet, toilet paper stuffed into peep hole, bathtub missing significant pieces of enamel, desk chair,...

“All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money.”
