“Our TV was broken was never fixed and our was shower door handle came off. Cleaning staff was very loud. Front desk was friendly trying to help. They gave us a $25 voucher for food.”

“The carpet in our room had large stains throughout. The wall paper in the bathroom was coming off. The carpet at the doorway into the room was not tucked under the threshold and was a tripping hazard. The exterior of the closet looked like something was splattered all over and not cleaned. At some point during the night the AC turned off and the heater turned on, it was not a cool weekend...The pool was green and cloudy, didn't even try going in it. Only 2 of the 4 pieces of gym equipment worked...

“The people are nice”

“I hate to give a poor review hence why I said it was just okay. I dont know what cleaning supplies are used but the smell of them never left the room. The headboard metal accents were dirty the wall next to the sink has red splatter something on it. The shower had a half full shampoo and no soap. The security latch allowed alot of space for the door to open. I carry so safety I had with me right next to me. Good thing I also carry my own bath supplies. Shower did have good water pressure....

“The room was extremely clean and there were fresh towels and everything seem to be in order. However, no maid service took place on Saturday so when we came back to the room, it had not been made up and there were new new fresh towels, and replenishment of coffee, etc.. that was a disappointment”

“Newer hotel, kept very clean! Rooms were clean and staff were great!”

“The staff was helpful to fix things and make them right. Room was clean. I could have a hot shower not a warm one. Which I liked. The sink drained very slow.”

“We had such a wonderful stay. Learned about the hens and roosters on property right when we arrived. Not something you see everyday but they were there to welcome us along with the staff. Our room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was a good size with lots of different equipment. And their breakfast had several good hot and cold options. I liked that there was a small store of snacks and toiletries, should we need or want anything. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Room was clean and big. Property was in need of attention. It was quite but we stayed a thursday and friday. It was fine for a 2 night stay while we attended a concert. We would stay again if we attended another put of state show.”

“There was a abandoned car that was parked in a way the curb was sticking out. My wife tripped and fell. The fall injured both knees. I put a cone that was under the stairs over curb. Office was notified.”

“The place was good but the sheets weren’t cleaned and the AC didn’t work”

“I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. ”

“All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money.”

“the guy who helped checked us in was nice. though i feel it was different from the pictures online. there was the wall pieces coming off, the ac didn’t turn off and some buttons were missing, the lamp didn’t work, the standing lamp had no light bulb, the tv didn’t turn on. the walls are pretty thin, and the flooring is not that sturdy i’d say. its pretty loud when you walk and can hear everything from inside your room since the walls are so thin. our room did smelled like cigarettes too, so they...
