Walked into the lobby and the hotel manager was wearing a N95 mask because of the amount of dust from construction. Since it was past the time I could get a refund I figured I do not spend that much time in the Lobby so I could deal with 5 minutes of dust at check in. What I did not know was that because of the dust the fire alarms kept going off from 5:30pm to 11:30pm and then again the next morning at 6:am to 9:30am. They refused to offer any sort of compensation since they stated that it was posted it was under remodeling(I did not see that on anywhere on the listing so not sure where they mention it). I talked with the general manager and pointed out that even if they had posted about remodeling that does not include fire alarms going off repeatedly making it impossible to have a restful stay. The way they handled the situation tells me they are not concerned with their review ratings or customer relations. I would avoid this hotel and any that are under the same management group. You can see other reviews around this same time having the same issue.
