I thought the staff was exceptional but I thought the rooms were in less than top notch condition, our shower needed calming, the carpet was frayed where it met the LVP flooring in the coffee area. It just looked like it needed to be updated.

We are originally from this area. We stay here 3-4 times a year, and are recognized and warmly welcomed, especially by Maria in the breakfast area ( breakfasts are very good btw). Because of this, it’s why we come back.

We were on the 8th floor. Overall, while the hotel is dated, the room was very comfortable and for the most part quiet. We would stay here again.

The hotel itself was great. Comfy beds, clean, great breakfast and convenient location. With that being said.... we did not have any bath towels or shampoo in our room. They did bring those up fairly quickly after I called. They did have a water issue during our stay and turned the water off without notifying anyone including some of their staff members. That was a bummer for those of us that were mid-shower...... I wished they had made a bit more of an effort to accommodate during that time. At least an update or apology.

The hotel itself was amazing yet there was some kind of kids basketball tournament and they were running around causing hell making noise. I called the front desk and it still didn't stop.
