I had never heard of sonesta so I was a little nervous but SO glad I went for it. The staff is wonderful!!! The room was more than adequate for our purposes, spacious and well stocked. The breakfast had enough options that unless you are determined to be displeased you will be able to find something to fill you up. The fitness room is small but has everything for you to get in a nice workout. At night, the entire premise is VERY well lit which is nice since it is set up more like apartment buildings than a typical hotel. The area is also safe as the police department is right next door and you are within walking distance to the civic center which has a splash pad in the summer and fun family events. Would certainly stay here again!

We came to Warren to visit the GM tech center. The hotel is directly across the street! Everything was clean, good customer service at check in, it was good spot to stay for the night. Bed was comfortable, wish they offered King beds but only queens are available that I saw. Breakfast was fine, coffee was good. No complaints at all!

Very disappointing experience. We traveled to Detroit for a two-day vacation, but unfortunately, we had to leave after only one night because the room was in terrible condition. The room was extremely dirty, the carpet was filthy and honestly looked worse than the street. There was also mold around the windows, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. We did not feel comfortable or clean staying there, especially with our family. We were really looking forward to our trip, but the condition of the room completely ruined our experience. I would not recommend staying here, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

Room was ok. It wasn’t the cleanest but had everything I needed plus more. Super quick check in and out. I love that it has a private entrance. Complementary breakfast was great as well as other amenities. It’s usually quiet but I guess since it was Valentines Day there was more traffic.

5-27-26 Breakfast was good. Plenty of 'fresh food.' The kitchen and eating areas were very clean! Suite (#921 for my wife's birthday/Mother's Day) was exquisite. However, the check-in process was substandard! My wife sat patiently as Tierra, @ the front desk, attempted to allow us to register. i called American Express several times and was told, "Your card is good." Long story short, Orbitz delayed our stay for nearly 2 (two) hours. I want Orbitz to compensate us for the delayed check-in on 5-9-26. Orbitz was the unprofessional vendor- not the hotelier.
