It's definitely a budget hotel. There were preventable issues: Grubby corners and baseboards in an otherwise decently clean bathroom. No spoons available at the breakfast bar. Unstocked breakfast items. Really bad coffee. That kind of stuff. But, the staff was friendly. And the location was convenient for our event. We'd stay again.

Everything was Okay (as far as the cleanliness amd neatness of the room), except the fact that I felt bugs jumping on me coming from the carpet. I also did not like the fact that I had to purchase everything I needed, such as pots, pans, utensils to eat and cook with, bring my own coffee pot and supplies, etc and that I had to empty my own trash. In addition, they say No Smoking allowed, but smelled Marijuana and Cigarette smoke in the hallway. I believe all Hotels, whether Extended Stays or Not should accommodate Guests as you never know who you are renting rooms to. With all the money that we spend, it should be little as possible of what the Guest should be responsible for.
