When I was searching for a hotel for my three young grandchildren and me for two nights, I limited my search to hotels with indoor pools. It turns out that the pool was closed the entire time we stayed there. Pretty disappointing. No tissues (other than toilet tissue) in the room. The room was equipped with three ceramic mugs and one single drinking glass (no plastic cups, either).

The room is comfy and the facilities (big fridge, microwave, stove, cooking utensils, cutleries, iron) are great for traveling guests.

The little things matter
Staff was nice. Our soap dispenser didn't work in the shower. I stopped at the front desk and told them. They acknowledged, apologized, but never fixed it. The room was very nice and had all kinds of amenities (I didn't realize pans, plates, silverware...were included). Breakfast was horrible. Fake eggs. Crap waffles. Some oatmeal and bread. That's about it.

Nice overall facility. Room was apacious and nice. Location is okay (industrial area). Staffs are good and supportive. Breakfast is below average. Not a great value for money...may be cost was hiked because of upcoming long weekend.

The best experience was dealing with the receptionist Sara. She was very respectful. She helped me with everything.I loved she came to my room.She offered me fresh towels without asking. She is very professional and attentive of guest needs.

Very clean and our room was very nice. Comfy bed and very nice kitchenette! we only stayed one night so we didn't have much time to use other amenities, but the hotel over all was very nice for the price, and within 15 minutes to downtown Detroit for an event we were attending. The surrounding area nearby the hotel seemed a little sketchy to us, the view out of our window wasn't great and there wasn't a very clear driveway into the parking lot, but other than that we had a very comfortable stay.

I couldnt rate anything for this place because when we git down there to check in we were told that Expedia was trying to call me, which I had zero missed calls, this hotel overbooked and cancelled our THREE rooms that I booked 6 weeks earlier!!!! Terrible customer service!!!
