“Restaurant was hot and miss - 1 dish, other not. Waited 20 min for bill, finally got up and went inside and was able to pay in 5 min”

“Bathroom walls and tub drain were absolutely gross. Hair found in sheets, Ice machine broken, room door didn’t lock, front main door issues. Beautiful grass field, on Ocean but beach is rocky.”

“Hotel is old, tired and in need of updating. Fan provided did not work. Breakfast was adequate. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Location was across from the beach, but you needed to navigate a very busy road to get there. Parking was challenging as there is not enough room either underground or in the main parking area. Our stay was only one night but for future Campbell River trips we will stay elsewhere.”
