"The Caribe Royale has professional staff who work hard, have great customer service skills and do what they can to show you that they want you to enjoy your stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained both inside and out. The rooms we stayed in were very beautiful and comfortable. There are also beautiful birds that can be sighted on the grounds which is also nice. There is a large pool with a slide, plenty of seating around the pool, a poolside restaurant, a basketball court, and various other amenities that guests can enjoy."

""Extremely disappointed. The main waterpark was under construction—a fact not mentioned on their website. Our building was right next to the construction, meaning our direct paths were blocked and we had to walk a long distance just to reach the pool. To make matters worse, half the elevators were broken, the pool area was littered with trash throughout the day, and our bed sheets were stained. Housekeeping even took our towels and only left two replacements. Definitely not the resort experience we paid for. They started construction at 7 am right outside our room. We couldn't even sleep in."

"We booked this hotel specifically for the big TV ti watch March Madness. The TV was not working for several days and it did not appear to have anybody start working on it until the day the games were actually on on Wednesday. Would have been nice if they had started working on it earlier in the week rather than waiting till the day of the games. Then we tried to request them to change the TV. It took about 30 minutes even though they had told us earlier in the day they would play the Purdue game for us at 7:30. We ordered food from the restaurant, Copa Loca multiple times. Twice we had the salad and both times when we took it to go we were not given the dressing which goes along with it. Wound be nice if they told you they were out of the dressing! That’s what makes that salad! The housekeeping came once but did not leave us coffee creamer or Clean bath towels. The room needs a deep clean it was not very clean. We were fortunate to have a room in a great location. The workers did not seem to care if the guests were happy or not it was disappointing! Will definitely go to another property in the future. "
