“올랜도 여행중 하루는 온전히 호텔안에서만 보내고싶어 찾다가 괜찮겠다 싶어 예약했는데 수영장 아주 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션도 괜찮고 발코니가 있는것도 맘에 들었는데, 저녁에 방에서 야식으로 먹을 컵라면때문에 물끓이는 포트가 있는지 전화로 물어보고 찾아보겠다고 하고 기다리길 30분. 그 후에 전화와서 없는것 같다며 끓인물을 담아가겠다고 해서 또 30분. 한시간이 넘어서 돌아온 대답은 담아갈 그릇이 없어서 안되겠다는대답인데. 이래저래 통화하고 기다리가 결국 10시. 물놀이후 배고픈데 전화기다리다 레스토랑 마감. 하우스키핑에 문의한번했다 기다리다 저녁 못먹음. 이게 세계적인 리츠칼튼의 서비스인지. 서비스는 다녀본 리츠칼튼중 최악.”

“Excellent property . Really clean and lots of space. Really close to Disney and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. My only complaint is the communication for check in. I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4...

“All the pool amenities and activities were great. The resort staff was great and stuck to the rules. I would say they could lighten up on the required tubes in the river and no jumping in the big pool. Place is for families and my kids got disappointed when they were asked to not jump in the pool at all, not even just a cannon ball. Im 41 and was told i needed a tube in the 3' lazy river. I was just walking around the river with my little kids”

“Pros: Kitchen and appliances sparkling upon arrival. Quiet section of the resort. Kitchen well appointed, although time to replace some of the cooking pans. Cons: Carpeting in poor shape. Needs to be replaced. Some plumbing issues (faucets dripping, guest bath shower control handle loose). ”

“The property had 8 bedrooms, only 2 were king size. All the beds are so low to the ground. The refrigerator was broken. The coffee table was broken. They charge a massive deposit. Then they send you an email after check out that they deducted money from your deposit and say that you have things damaged. I called the first day to tell them the defects and no one response. I wonder never recommend this place. ”

“My entire family enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The resort amenities kept the kids busy. The resort staff and security were friendly and helpful.”

“We travelled with 2 other couples making the total 6 adults. The property was very nice with lots of room to accommodate all 6 of us quite nicely. We all had our private bathroom which worked great. The pool right off the living room was a treat alter had to pay extra for the heat and believe me we needed it if you wanted to get in it in the evening, which we did.
