“I can’t recommend this pace enough. Such a comfy bed and HUGE bathtub. It was such an AMAZING experience, you get unlimited time with the capybaras if your spending the night and they are so well taken care of and are so happy, I was petting them for hours! The town around is just the best too, such a rich community, I highly recommend just walking around for a few hours and talking to the locals and getting the local food! I checked in very late because of flight delay, but the check-in procedure was very smooth. And i asked pick-up service, they sent me decent and reliable driver. He was also very kind. “Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).”
