โWe stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place.โ
โLovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean with very new fixtures and fittings.
Food was simply amazing both for evening meal and breakfast.
Plenty of parking.
Ideal location for peace and quiet.

โRichard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch.
Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean.
The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons...โ
โVery quiet and comfortable beds.
Nice breakfast.. I ordered a coffee as wanted a latte that wasnt included. It was no trouble and made at the bar.. delicious.
The hotel is very clean with nice toiletries and tastefully decorated throughout.

โSean is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting him. The breakfasts were wonderful and very filling. It is a perfect spot to visit Betws-Y-Coed and the Snowdonia region. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone.

โFantastic location across the road from Snowdon Mountain. We parked a few miles away for ยฃ15. For the entire weekend and then took the Sherpa bus to the front of the hostel. Great food. Loved it. Clean and warm. โ
โGreat stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! โThe farmhouse and surroundings are picturesques but the cleanliness could be very much improved. The laminate flooring is worn in places and the amount of rubbish found under beds and sofas was alarming. โ
