Don Muang, Bangkok hotel rooms at the Best Western

The owner and staff member waited at the airport to pick me up for over an hour as my flight was delayed a bit. They were extremely pleasant to deal with. The Hotel's owner drove the van. The hotel was in a great quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. I had to catch another flight the next morning and the staff arranged for a taxi to pick me up at 6AM. Wet downstairs and there was a staff member waiting for me to assist me with the taxi and ensure that I would be on time for my...

Host was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful for activities to do while during your trip. Location is also convenient for transportation options.

Peter is an awesome host. That man is so helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend him and the hotel to everyone visiting Bangkok.

All of the staff were great, but the staff at the burger place were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my meal. The room was also very nice. Would love to stay here again.

They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

Amazing views

This should be that hotel you would wanna stay while in Bangkok.

Very nice hotel but breakfast with limited options

Outstanding value. The best staff. I slept like a baby. I got an excellent workout in at their gym to start my day, and the equipment was expertly maintained. The breakfast was outstanding. Their coffee is superior. Their co-working space design is brilliant. If I knew this place was going to be this great, I would have stayed in Bangkok longer.

Excellent customer service given at this property.

Everything meets my expectations and glad to see NuMay again .She is really a nice, genuine and caring person . Very lucky to have her assisting me again . I will surely stay at this hotel on my next visit in 2027. Also thanks to Tobi at concierge for his help as well . This hotel makes me feel like home. Kobonka.^^

Attentive staff. Friendly. Clean room and premises. Excellent cuisine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Additionally, I would like to see a placard placed by the pool: "Please take a shower before entering the pool" Apparently many people don't notice the shower area.

Clean comfortable stay close to don mueng airport

All was great! However, the free 24/7 airport service listed on the website page was NOt free! I had to pay for it! I chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle service but this was not true. Please revise your listing on the Hotels.com website so others will not be mislead.
