"Arrived at 8pm. Manager very rude, told me I had arrived way past check in time which was 3pm and I was lucky I arrived when I did as he was just going home. Also, I was too late if I wanted food. On checking my booking confirmation fro Expedia and The Spice Ship, booking in is until 9.30pm. Room was nice, bed very comfortable. Selection of teas, coffees and a hot chocolate which was nice. Bathroom shaving light didn't work, hot tap loose and dripping. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous guest. Edges of carpets and pictures very dusty. Corners of shower mouldy. Breakfast - water for tea luke warm, orange juice diluted. Good selection of cereals and pastries. Disliked being referred to as 'My Queen' by restaurant staff. Wouldn't stay again. "
