The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. "Excellent position - opposite the beach and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Our room was at the back of the hotel. There were some noisy residents but given the seagulls it wasn’t an issue. We opted for no breakfast so can’t comment on that. The hotel itself was clean and staff friendly. Would stay again. "
