“Quiet stay even next to the elevator - great bar/restaurant atmosphere”

“It is Horrible that this place was closing forever the next week.”

“Great friendly and attentive staff at check in and during my stay. The breakfast was better than expected, except the pancake making didn't work. Love the days when Bacon was available.....LOVE LOVE LOVE BACAON. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaned a few times during my week of stay, which was plenty. I would recommend this hotel”

“**Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Victor!** Victor provided exceptional customer service during our stay at Best Western Ottumwa Inn & Suites. He was incredibly helpful, supportive, and cooperative, and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests and does everything possible to make their stay comfortable and...

We didn't try the breakfast it looked very sparce. There is a nice little restaurant in the shopping complex behind the hotel. Oh the staff was nice, but there were disruptive children running around...school was out. Overall everything...

“When i got there was a sign on the door closed out of business ”

The place was cute and clean and wonderfully "in the middle of nowhere," but we left the next morning frustrated and exhausted. At 3 am we woke up to someone either sliding a door open and closed or rolling a cart down the hallway above us. There was a very loud repetitive sound that went on and on. When we finally fell asleep we had the...
