"My wife and I booked a deluxe king room for our 20th anniversary. Upon arrival, the gentleman checking us in asked if we were celebrating anything special, and when we told him of our anniversary he upgraded us to a suite at no charge. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout our interaction.
The suite was amazing - basically a one-bedroom apartment with a large living room, dining area and kitchen with a large fridge, espresso maker, and microwave. The bedroom was huge, as was the closet and bathroom. The suite was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and very comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
We also visited the lounge/bar for drinks and dessert, which were excellent, and the bartender was attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend Omni Tucson as a place to visit when in Tucson!"
