"The property is in need of some tender love and care, very tired and in need of attention. The photos are not accurate as to the condition of the property. The rental units need a paint job and cleaning. The location is good. The smoke detector in the hallway was disconnected. The elevator only worked the first day. The units had several burnt out light bulbs. Stain on the walls and furniture. The bed in the first room was missing the box spring for the bed"

"Let’s start with positive - staff was very kind and helpful! Everyone was very nice. But there was nothing special about this hotel. The rooms are average. The lobby is so small. We paid $200 for one night, no refrigerator in the room, the bathroom is super small, the water was never hot in the shower ,max was a body temperature level. The room was small. The heater was soooo loud we couldn’t sleep and had to turn it off for the night. The worst was the parking situation. If you park in the garage that the hotel suggests -you can’t get in and out, you have to pay each time. Not good. To find a street parking was impossible. The front desk lady helped us finding a good option, although you have to walk 2-3 blocks back to the hotel. I’m not sure why the reviews are so high, maybe the location? Anyways, there are better options in Boston. "
