"Love this hotel. It is perfectly located being close to Plaza 28 de Julio, Quinta Avenida, Oxxo, Circle K, Soriana, Walmart, and great restaurants like Ay Taco and El Fogón. The hotel is modern, clean, and safe. There is a pool, hammocks, and loungers on the roof. I rarely heard noise from other guests but on some nights (usually weekends) you can hear noise from the plaza until about 11 or 12. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. There are some very minor touch-ups that could be made in the rooms but nothing to complain about. My only disappointment was that the hot tub was never hot. It would have been nice to relax in it in the evening but it was always cold. I will definitely stay here next time I visit playa and I highly recommend it to everyone. "
